Sep 2008 - Log.Sec Corporation CEO Nominated as Executive of the Year

Manassas, VA – September 3, 2008. The Northern Virginia Government Contractors Council, the Professional Services Council and Washington Technology, announced that Erik Thamm, Log.Sec. Corporation President and CEO was selected as one of five Executive of the Year (Less Than $75 Million Annual Revenue Category) finalists for the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards. These awards serve to honor innovative and trail-blazing companies, industry heavyweights and long-time pillars in the government contracting community for their commitment to excellence and their role in shaping the marketplace.

Erik Thamm stated he was "honored to be recognized for this prestigious award" but quickly added "I could not have done anything without the help from the Company's co-owners – James Sirkis, Vice President-Information Technology Group (ITG) and George Perise, Vice President-Military Systems Group (MSG)." The annual dinner event will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2008, 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner. An audience of more than 900 leaders of the Washington area government contracting community is expected to attend this exciting event.
